Mediation

In the nature of things, there are disagreements. Increasingly, people and businesses are looking for an alternative to adversarial legal procedures.

The advantages of mediation include faster, cheaper resolution;   better solutions which may not have been previously apparent;   and ownership of your own result.

Mediation doesn't mean the mediator decides the verdict and announces the outcome. It means providing a safe, neutral space for people's concerns to be heard properly;  helping them explore their underlying interests;  and assisting them towards solutions they can live with comfortably. It's about resolving, not compromising; adding, not subtracting.

Paul is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner, counsellor and mediator (Law Society of NSW Standard), committed to collaborative problem solving. Your personal or business dilemma may benefit from a mediated approach.

Email or call (+612) 4787 6870, if you'd like more information or a CV. Pro bono work is undertaken in certain circumstances.

Facilitation & Consultation

Perhaps your business has a project or development in mind which might attract community interest. So it's in your interest to involve them from the start, through genuine consultation.

Maybe you want to make sure everybody gets heard properly at an important meeting or conference.

All these situations require the skills and neutrality of independent facilitation. Paul offers impressive experience in facilitating succesful personal, corporate and community dialogues.

Events & MC Services

Attention to detail is the key to successful communication at a launch or commercial event. And it's sometimes beyond the resources of in-house communications people to handle every aspect of event organisation.

"If I can assist your business with professional event management or MC services, drop me a line and we can discuss your requirements".
